My opinion....bad idea. The referendum was done fairly whatever you think of the result, and this is just poking a stick into an ants nest. Big thumbs down from me.

There are legal queries popping up. If they can be answered, decision stands, if not then there will be a challenge in the courts.

Those eligible and who could be bothered, voted. A million odd more voted one way than the other. Proportional representation happened. I don't think it can really be any fairer. Both sides representatives in the run up prevaricated as much as politicians normally do.

I've not heard anyone use RFL outside of Keith Peat style rants in donkeys years.
