I have had a lovely day. We have kitted daughter out for summer and Him Indoors and I have got some new bits too. Went to a nice bike shop in Milton Keynes and next week daughter will be picking up her new Liv Alight 3. She is very excited.

This morning I had a coffee with a dear friend who I haven't seen much of recently. She is getting a pace maker with a defibrillator which might partly help her heart problems.

Mr K is at work. Miss K has gone to her brother's. After he came to collect her I invited my 90 year old neighbour (2 doors down) round look at the patio rose she gave to me for Christmas. She was very pleased to see it established and flowering.

Good job I had a healthy lunch as since then I have only eaten rubbish and achieved none of the things that I should have been doing.
