Miss K. spent Tuesday evening with young Mr K and his girlfriend. Now I find out in conversation about their evening that the girlfriend is not going to eat any meat on Christmas day but no one told me because they didn't want to make a fuss!!! I'm so cross that I wasn't given the chance to make or buy something veggie before I went shopping.

I'm down in Southsea where the rain and wind are giving everything a good battering. I'm tempted to go out in it. Not sure whether I will though because I've apparently only brought one pair of trousers with me so I'd end up sitting around in damp clothes.

One of my friends once served Brussels sprout ice cream.... Luckily there were some alternatives....

I was out on the beach at 7.30 with some friends meditating, it was gloriously stormy but very relaxing. The breakfast afterwards was pretty good too.
