I'm not sure if I should have done the bit of fettling I have just completed.... the information given on the product says.... "they are a safety critical product, and should be fitted by a qualified mechnic".... am I doomed? I've only fitted one grip just in case;) (actually I'm not convinced I like them so I will try out the one first to see what I think).

I've had a headache all day, was feeling cold all morning and had an early migraine. So, just wondering, what are the symptoms apart from a headache?

stiff neck back of head and a all over headache..some say its like waiting for a cold to start..
Ive felt a bit dizzy too..3 days now with varying degrees of headache..pain
i gt migreins but this is not like them..

Which ones have you ordered out of interest?
Quiet by Susan Cain as recommended by @Danny, The attack of the unsinkable rubber ducks by Christopher Brookmyre as recommended by @srw and finally one you recommend The Hubris Syndrome by David Owen.

I am currently off work with chronic fatigue and finding it difficult to read or concentrate for any length of time which is heartbreaking for me as an avid reader but i am still buying books for when i am well again.
