In what is a first for me, I appear to have bought a new kettle before the old one completely died. Not electric, electronic, I'll have you know. I can set the temperature I want and then get it to keep warm, and I don't want boiling water for my coffee. £20 at Aldi.

I have been up to the pond in the garden to see how the frog spawn is getting on. It looks like some of the black centre bits are starting to elongate dispite the Frost's we have been having.
