Vegetarianism continues unabated in Normal. I am considering doing square foot gardening this year. I don't want to have a great big garden, that would take time away from cycling. Square foot method is very small and easy to care for, although it looks like a garden for, and maintained by, Hobbits.

Can you have them stacked one above the other to form a tower so that you don't have to walk too far?

Nothing wrong with Hobbit living. I have always liked the idea of living in a burrow.

I've now got a full set of thirty four formers with correctly dimensioned apertures. CAD CAM is wonderful!

I got the official diagnosis of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia in January after a year of tests. I think i just went back too soon. I have a few lessons to learn in my head about pacing, dealing with pain, starting slow and generally coming to terms with the fact my life needs to change.

I will get there, i am generally an optimist i just need to slow down on the good days to conserve myself for the bad.
:hugs:and GWS hopefully.

My sister has been living with fibromyalgia for a number of years and it isn't easy, she is part of a support group on facebook which is good to get support from other sufferers. You know you can come here anytime for support, slowing down and pacing yourself isn't easy but it is necessary :hugs:

Sounds like man flu to me, though I have to admit I'm not a trained doctor
