I just keep my Facebook list to family members I like, proper friends and Hopless.

And I was so looking forward to getting the strimmer out too

4th day of the dreaded man-flu, fortunately I am off work now for a couple of weeks so do not have to bother the sick pay department

Get well soon! The strimming can wait.

I have just found my first Geocache
How exciting! Thats on my 'to do it one day' list.

I'm starting to feel that way too Carl, I can see a similar move from me soon.

In order not to get overwhelmed or wound up by social media just ignore stuff you don't like.

Call in from time to time to say hello.

I mostly use fb for sharing stuff with family and friends around the world and keeping up with the local cycling community.

I just ignore the bits one Facebook that I don't like. One of my work mates either has another side to him or his Facebook gets hacked! Not sure which, in person he is one of the lovely most friendly guys I know, but he does occasionally post some things I find borderline offensive, and it just doesn't sit with my mental image of him, or how I find him in person.

1st Full Day at work today. Survived. Started at 7:30am and left at 3:45pm. Start times mean door to door is 45 mins, including a 12 minute walk from the car park. This will be cut to 3 minutes once I move back to my old job.

Are you tired after a full day and do you have another tomorrow? Just thinking that it will be hard for you?

@summerdays I hope your Summerling has had a fab day. Reminds me of when our daughter graduated, I said what would you like as a little present, thinking maybe a pair of shoes or something. She said how about a trip to New York  needless to say we ended up going!
Hmm we haven't offered anything ... Maybe I will think about what I could offer.... A bike ride ?:giggle:

Enjoy! We have found a few today. A lovely one in Cromer and a fab Earthcache at Binham Priory.

I was going to mention Binham Priory. We got lost one rainy day and I was hurtling down this lane when OH spotted what looked like ruins. We walked around the ruins for a while, while thunder crashed & lightning flashed, then went into the church as the rain started to fall. There were some very helpful folk there who told us a lot about it's history. They'd been having trouble with water flowing under the door and, since it was raining rather hard, they were checking to make sure the problem had been solved.

These pillars were somewhat tolkinesque I thought.
