Fantastic news!

Does that mean that your container has arrived?
Yes. We may get the goods on Tuesday but they are trying to charge us extra for having to hire out a smaller vehicle because we have said no to the 18 ton vehicle having told them that the largest we can accommodate down the track in 7.5 tonnes!
I'm still not convinced you are in Australia! I've been duped into thinking the sun always shines there!
Yeah, tell me about it. I currently have a woolly hat on, my fleece and a blanket over my legs. There is however the most stunning star system visible at the moment and we have seen several shooting stars this evening... Oh and the fire is stoked up with 6 life on it at the moment trying to warm the place up a touch. It's another cold spell and minus figures again overnight. Sleeping bag and quilt needed... Porridge for breakfast!
Water butts emptied (not helped by a leaking tap - replacement arrived in the post yesterday), and pond virtually disappeared!
Ours is due to be emptied because, put bluntly, I don't need the water that close to the house to have mossies eating me alive very soon...
You do like the tough life!! Are you enjoying the adventure? How's his commute going?
Well that's the interesting one. If i accept an AUD $10 charge for his car parking, then he can be in work in less than an hour... If he uses the park and ride which gives free car parking, but you pay for the bus which works out at half the cost, then it is taking him another 25-30 minutes to be sitting at his desk.
I'm having a toasted banana sandwich for breakfast.
Hot porridge for breakfast here. I need something warm to get going!
