It's on iPlayer. It's just a demonstration of the different types of gymnastics, including some that aren't in the Olympics. It's pretty amazing so I might go back and watch the Olympic competitions.

No, one of the last places that the anaesthetic leaves is the bladder (cos that's where it leaves the body)

Deene Park. our day trip destination today. We had a morning on a guided tour of the house that was fascinating, an afternoon exploring the gardens and an excellent lunch, a tasty beef casserole. it turned out to be an excellent day out.

I posted on facebook about not getting a decent brew on holiday, my uncle replied that he takes his own tbags, I pointed out that not all rooms had a fridge and it was too hot even for small pots of milk so he suggested powdered milk. So I replied, you are suggesting I put a bag of white powder in my suitcase? How long do you think customs would like to chat to me about that
