Anyways, I did a really good passage of painting this evening. I'm really pleased with my spray of forget-me-nots worked wet into wet. It's the watercolour technique that I'm the least comfortable with because it's so easy to make a mess of things. Just need to fill in the gaps with a suggestion of leaves. But now it's time to put the paints away and head off upstairs for a hot bath and then bed.

Today's 71 plate Bank Holiday Good Friday truck has 452481 kilometres on the odometer and has taken me to Letchworth, Aylesbury and, soon, to Welwyn Garden City.

Lovely bright morning 🌄 but quite a bad frost with a layer of ice over everything. I decided to breakfast out and will venture for a ride once the frost thaws.

Sunny morning with no wind and the touroid are striding past with their pooches. No doubt heading up to the golf course.
As I type this I notice the sun is getting clouded over.
I had thought of having a trike run around bits of my neighbourhood where I have not been for a while now. We used to have a quick walk round and I have taken a trike on most of the same path. Not sure about going up the edge of the golf course as I think they have been doing earthworks which could block me.

Before I forget I must get the key nut to unlock my car wheels out as the wheels will need to be off for new springs even if the job is over a week away.

I'm convinced this café saves money by using coarse-ground pepper in pepper pots with tiny holes so no pepper actually comes out.
