Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
In working on the Ridgeback Platinum and moving a plant this morning I've either pulled a muscle or got a trapped nerve in my back. It hurts!

At work this morning and i spent 6 hours putting drilling and hammering in floor bolts into concrete to secure pallet roller beds .I didnt get much sleep last night as the kids were being noisy so when i got home i started watching yesterdays giro stage and fell asleep .
Downloading tomorrows club ride atm and hoping the weather holds up for it .

Well tonight's tea was one of those things

Started off being Savoury rice and chicken with vegtables - No savoury rice the packet that we thought was savoury rice was something else
Ok so we will have pasta in sauce - No it was damp in the bottom of the packet Ok so we will have tinned potatoes with the above - Lovely

Time to settle down and watch the highlights of the gp

as well as touching up scoffed black parts with black enamel, and as the wrap on the lever end of gear cable had split a wrap of black insulation tape applied.
Sad news today that Nottinghams commercial radio legend, John Peters,had died. Hosted the very first program on Radio Trent on July 3 1975 and later the same on two other stations.
Had been doing programs for Boom on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
