Annoying visit to Tesco earlier... All was going well (apart from one person with Meandering Trolley Syndrome who kept getting in the way of everyone) until I reached the till and the person in front hadn't placed the triangular divider thingie after her shopping...
Harumph.. 😡

Rained heavily late yesterday once I had done the round with the watering can. Fine day today and the ebike to the office using the cycle path as the road was rammed.
Lunchtime BT then Asda visit.
Ride home was interrupted by Radar low battery warnings. Must be weeks since I charged the new Varia, the old lost one needed charging almost every other day.
Back home surprised to see the seed feeder was not wholly empty given how quickly the birds have been getting through them.

It's been a warm, breezy and occasionally sunny day here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept surprisingly well. Did a few chores this morning, but the late morning and a chunk of the afternoon was vacuumed up by having to take the parental to a hospital appointment for some fancy pants eye test - she has one every year. Now life is too short to try and find a space in a congested and not-fit-for-purpose car park, so dropped the parental off at the main door and toddled off into town.

Parked up and had a nice bimble around town as well, doing a spot of window shopping. Plants were perused and watches were perused, as were the goods in the butchers. With the latter, I wanted to see how some things compared to Tesco, especially the gammon and the sausages. They also have local (farmed) venison and goat in at the moment, but I currently don't want to be shoving any more into the freezer right now.

Had a very late luncheon of toast, the last of the gammon, some cheese, fruit and a :cuppa:

Haven't done much else. Sat outside reading for a bit, and also did some work on the Reynard 893 drawing.
