A lovely 4 hours spent meandering around the lanes and just over 50 miles.

A nice morning and I feel human again today as my head doesn't feel like it's been filled with expanding foam.
Out mid perambulation and wondering what type of plate my breakfast will be served on today.

Good morning from a warm and occasionally sunny Suffolk.
Coffee has been had and the washing machine is doing its thing to a load of cycling clothing.
Last night ended with a spectacular light and sound show - over an hour's worth of constant lightning flashes and rumbles of thunder accompanied by spells of torrential rain. With the living room being east facing and most of the action going on just offshore and easily visible from here a couple of miles inland, I opened the curtains and switched the lights off to enjoy it.

We managed a bit of a thunderstorm last night but it didn't go the whole hog - it was a rather restrained affair. The trees are dancing in a brisk breeze this morning.
Because some of the residents here have had a bug problem we get regular pest control visits. My bug traps have only managed to catch a couple of grain beetles and a couple of silverfish. I got a ''nothing found'' on the bug man's list.

First cuppa went down well earlier
Heavy rain overnight but so far this morning it has managed to stay dry. Car however went to Asda primarily for rice and apple sauce to go with a pork medallion and the rest of yesterdays bag of salad leaves.
Bread maker had made.
Discovered last night Loctite glass superglue might indeed glue glass well but the joint has no strength. No harm done other than a glass water container once again being handle-less
