Swim has been swum 🏊
1 Km today in a very quiet pool. Only about 6 or 7 or us today.

Postie was reasonably quick so ebike headed to the office before 11 and a nice non stop ride. Return after 5 was at a speed of NA according to my Elemnt Bolt for a fair distance, and I had switched it on way before moving the bike. Had a lengthy snooze at the crossing of the A61 not helped by plainly not realising I had missed the push button, probably down to being annoyed by the dumb motorist who blocked the crossing as I got there and it was clear to cross.

A distance of three miles on the turbo this morning.Going out for breakfast in the morning,finally some time to myself.

Embarrassingly had to look at a YouTube unboxing video to realise how to open the box of a new Bluetooth speaker.
Car to Sainsbury's, couldn't remember why I had in mind to use the car until I saw the Argos sign. New fan acquired reduced from £55 to £36.50. One very noisy fan heading will be heading to the recycling site.
On the return called in at Waitrose, vast stok of the new store paper and the £1 voucher used on coffee ice cream which already had 20% off.
