Been for my end of week after work ride, fed the cat and cobbled something together for me. She eats far better than I do
Going to water the plants, toms are sprouting fruit
Then TDF highlights.

Early evening Aldi trek was quickly changed to a Co-op trek instead due to the warm temperature. Logging on to the Co-ops wifi seems to have confused Strava as it traces a straight route to another Co-op.
Thankfully the till wasn't confused and the £18 bill quickly changed to £16.30 and then to £13.10 with a wave of the Co-op card. 4 nakd bars were £2 with the card, £3.40 without.

A very warm, muggy and increasingly breezy afternoon here in Suffolk.

Having got the washing in (it still needs putting away!) I decided to go out for the ride/drink/train home outing, only to get 7 miles up the road and realise that I'd left the rail card at home. Rather than going home to get it or pay full price, I just did a local loop and went home and slouched in the deck chair in the shade with a coffee and a pint of squash instead.

This evening's hot chocolate will be exchanged for a cold beer instead.

Oh, and the bin men dropped off our annual supply of black bags this morning - we get a roll of 52, one per week. Given I've only used three this year - one for actual rubbish, and two to take stuff to the tip, I do have something of a surplus of them.
We moved to wheelie bins years ago, but I found an unused roll of black sacks from the council at the back of the shed when having a tidy up last year. I'm still using them for grass clippings as they're the bigger heavy duty ones and can be re-used if filled & emptied (at the recycling centre) with care.
