Morning.
It is sunny with a hazy sky. I have put our bins out and then found some more recycling to put in a bin.
I survived yesterday's cycle ride, it was over 26 miles probably getting on for 27 if you count the puppy downy bits. I measured it on my Ordnance Survey map but that is just an overhead view.

Day off work today and a ride has been planned.
Struggling with a bad neck which has reverberated across my upper back and right shoulder, perfect timing for a rare day off work 🤦‍♂️
Hopefully some cycling will loosen things up.
Cuppa number uno was built and consumed earlier, numero two is being slurped

Up early bed changes well it is Friday ,every other friday.first lot in the tub.Brekkie today was porridge with a banana.Today father in law goes to the hospital we think he has glass in his foot,after bashing his bonce theough a glass door,early this year.So that has knackewred dinner time up.So we are dining out,not sure where yet,but only three places to choose from.Roundhay Fox,Mutgatroyds or Hawthorn Farm pub.I will tell you later.For me now its a rest morning.
