Yes it just flew over us as we were on our stroll around the block, I find it quite reassuring for some reason.

The local council have decorated our streets for tomorrow’s Pride by hanging strings of brightly colored brollies up: it is very windy, I’m holding on for a green one. The first Friday in July will henceforth be known as Free Brolly Day.

Garden has been gardened. Many weeds have met their end!! ⚰️

Sunny afternoon, lawns cut, Alchemilla and Buddleia dead headed. That filled the garden wheelie bin and still stacks of the Buddleia to tackle.
Then an Aldi trek in the shade as far as possible, for apples oranges and salad leaves. On the return made use of a rarely used length of an uphill footpath as their is a link two thirds of the way from a road. The lower part is a narrow path smongst the greenery and hence a shady climb.

4 bikes are checked and ready for early morning miles with the blue one being the one I want to use si we will see
