A most enjoyable 2 1/2 hours was had out in the sunshine this afternoon with just under 40 miles covered and three podcasts caught up with. There was a temptation to stop for lunch but it was resisted knowing that I had some top quality sausages defrosting in the fridge for tea. Other than cooking & eating said sausages, sod all else has been done this evening.

Having just made a late mug of hot chocolate, I can confirm that it is now drizzling as there are spots of rain on the kitchen windows.

Most of today there was a man here working on the staircase. So far, so mundane.

He is from a farming family with a mightily huge farm. You can imagine how he was reacting to the bugdebt and the protests in London. He was listening on his head phones. or are they ear bugs?

Not a bad day from a weather point of view. Hopefully it will continue until the weekend.

Another hugely uninteresting day at work. I sometimes wonder how I ended up in this company.

I made the mistake of reading the comments section on a news article about a recent fatal RTA. Someone is arguing that it all to do with the COVID vaccine causing mini strokes which has led to the increase in RTA, but the government don't want people to know this.

They do say it's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

our Son came for a few nights. he made Mac n cheese from scratch & brought every single ingredient needed. just dropped him at a local pub to meet up with friends. he'll walk home later. love him so much

Gone a bit of online christmas shopping for Mrs 73 , then ended up down a rabbit hole finding even more stuff. Saved a few links Time for a think

Turned out to be even a better idea, out the blue this morning one site started a Black Friday sale. So the saving has more than paid for postage and a few extra extra bits.
