Lots of gorgeous sunshine here but a very fresh breeze. It hit 14° yesterday but today the ‘feels like’ max is 3°.

Despite that fact that I've seen it umpteen times, I retrieved a dvd of 'Kelly's Heroes' from a skip - !
Regardless of the point that the film has so many anomalies, it's still so watchable and had a cracking cast - !

Finished work for the weekend at one and had some leftover vegetable soup.i had hoped to escape for a ride in daylight, but the weather is absolutely horrendous.

I've got Paul Daniels washing machine! I did some washing yesterday and 2 socks disappeared! Not a pair but one of each colour. I have just looked in the washing basket and spun the washing machine drum but couldn't find them.

I think I have his fridge. Bottles of beer keep disappearing from it.

Any Star Wars fans here? I’ve been asked for an R2D2 figure with a yellow top for a kid for Christmas but I don’t know of anything like that, do you?

I've been a fan of 'love them or hate 'em' Twiglets for years now and have always bought the multi packs from QD.
However, QD in their wisdom have closed the only branch in Norwich. Odd that their head office is in Norwich, but there you go.
So I tried Tesco, Morrison's, B & M, Iceland & The Food Warehouse, but to no avail.
So wonder if only QD had the buying rights for multi pack Twiglets - ?

During my previous marriage, I would often leave my wallet at home as I didn't often need it. Pond coins started disappearing from it and 'the wife' always blamed our two sons.
When a £10 note went, I realised that it was her thieving from my wallet.
Divorce followed a few years later, as among other things I knew I could no longer trust her.
When trust in a relationship goes, said relationship is on the slippery slide downhill.

The odd thing is that these establishments have more varieties of 'savoury snacks' than you can shake a stick at, but no Twiglets - !

You do not need to watch the whole video, perhaps the first few minutes, and then skip to the end. If you are of a nervous disposition, do not watch the bit that starts at around 24 minutes.

To whom it may concern, instead of waiting for arty fishal telligence to evolve to eliminate manual labour, you could send basic advice and safety kit to these people please. Also note that they recycle foil with the drinks cans.
