The halfway point in the working week has been reached. Manager still bleating on about the bonus she claims we cost her. That's life. Get over it and shut up.

A nice night for a change so I went out for my usual twenty mile loop, the first time in a while. Roads unbelievably quiet which is unusual.

And time for me to hobble off to bed sans hot bath.

Time to get my bag ready for a day on the chemo uint for round 2. At least I'm getting another lift in with Mrs 73 friends husband , so will be talking all things cricket. I've also a couple of mincemeat loaves waiting for him too.

It is dark out but looks dry. I am going to try to go for a ride with my friends this morning.
I was going to take my Boardman sport but I might swap it for my Pinarello. Decisions decisions!

Garden bird feeders have been topped up

Today is another day for a possible visit to the blood coagulation clinic.
Heating engineer is due around 10 let's hope he gets it running today

Good morning from Suffolk where it's the same as yesterday - blue skies out to the west and, thanks to thin cloud, hazy sunshine from the east.

A large & strong coffee has been had with additional paracetamol in slight hope of getting this chesty cough & cold to bugger off. I'm supposed to be going to lunch with my sister, dad & stepmother this afternoon, but don't want to pass anything on to the oldies especially as they're off to Cornwall at the end of next week to spend Ch****mas with my stepsister.

Other than that, there's nothing planned for today.

And having pressed 'post reply' on the above, I get a message saying lunch is off as my stepmother isn't well either.
Looks like a day wrapped up warm and possibly a walk later on.

fascinating. I'm prone to nosebleeds this time of year. was trying to relay a coagulation incident to Wifey yesterday & she was so happy I shared it. yeah sarcasm

but seriously, good luck
