Good morning from Suffolk where it's another morning of sub-zero coldness, blue skies & sunshine plus a light dusting of snow on the ground adding to the winteryness.

Coffee has been had and I need to go out and move the recycling bin back to its normal position having been emptied. Other than that I'm not going anywhere for a while unless it's out for a short walk just to get some fresh air.

I was wondering earlier (been on a night shift)... about solar panels and snow.
Will someone have to give all the solar farms a sweep today?

I'm leaving mine for the sun to melt the snow off. As it's only a light covering there is some power being produced.

10:30 and it's -1.5C according to the back garden temperature sensor. Having just retrieved the bin quite a few more degrees can be deducted for wind chill.

Just walked up to local pharmacy for supplies and it felt more slippery than earlier.

Slight dusting of snow now looking very slippy. Google photos has reminded me their was a good few inches a year ago.
Morning WAH and the antique computer system already thrown a wobbly. Its definitely dead from 4 so it might be an early end to WAH.

Just seen an update on the bloke who rocked up to Remembrance Sunday parade in Llandudno. In uniform from the start it was never going to end well. He's admitted the charge under the uniform act 1894, of wearing without His Majesty's permission a uniform and dress bearing the regimental or other distinctive mark of the military force, namely The Royal Navy.
A few tips for next time pick a uniform thats common not a rear Rear Admiral. Also if you do insist on wearing a massive chest of medials that even makes the yanks. Look like they really don't give them away, it maybe best not include a D.S.O it's not given away like sweets.
