I just read that the compo for late train journeys is to be altered (in their favour, no doubt).
The 15/29 minutes late is to be done away with. Compo only starts @ 30 mins.

Shouldn't affect my claims too much as if there's a problem it's normally with connections at Peterborough. Outbound delays are 1 hour, homebound are 2 hour thanks to the frequency of the trains. Thankfully I've not had to submit one for a while.

Anyhow, the evening's hot chocolate has been had and I'm struggling to stay awake thanks to the lack of sleep this morning. It's not being helped by turning the heating up by a couple of degrees this evening as I've been so cold for the past 24 hours.
