Managed to do a decent chunk on my novel, and I think I'm going to keep this first bit of the morning for my writing time. Most of them are not suitable for charity shop donation (my friend Linda volunteers at one in town) but are still very serviceable. I need to look to see if there's one of those schemes around here, where you can leave warm clothing for people in need simply to help themselves.
Bagged up another two lots, and then went into the garden to do an hour's lopper and secateur-level lumberjilling. I've made a nice start on trimming up some branches from one of the two trees that came down the other day. Tomorrow, I can take the chainsaw to turn them into logs, and put those logs into storage to dry out.
