So far dry today. Eventually plucked up courage to check the carpet in the cars boot and it was dry. Also spotted a dusting glove in their so the dashboard given a good dusting before locating that more logically in the store behind the brake lever.
Earlier nipped into town to get some Arnica to hopefully quicken the resolution the knees bruising. More hot compresses applied and the bruising is diminishing in size.
Had the bread maker on this morning. A rather expanded rise time as I mistakenly unplugged it. For some reason it lists bake only under Sweet rather than Manual.

A mild and grey day here chez Casa Reynard after some overnight rain.

Slept well enough, but still a bit short changed. Came down, fed the cat and then took a :cuppa: back upstairs to do some writing. Managed to complete the chapter I've been working on, and I've a load of material for a future chapter linked to this plot thread.

Did the chores at a more decent hour, then had an early luncheon of a sausage sandwich, an orange and a :cuppa: while watching some snooker before deciding to go yellow stickering in Tesco.

I got pretty lucky considering there wasn't overly much to be had. Picked up some tofu, edmame beans, a bag of mixed salad leaves, wholegrain rolls, a small crusty bread, a job lot of Dreamies, and a wicker planter with petunias, marigolds and geraniums.

Treated myself to a box of ice lolly moulds so that I can make some frozen yoghurt pops or smoothie pops over the summer.

Did an hour's gardening when I got home just to be outside in the fresh air.

Now sat watching the snooker.

isn't "ai" capable of telling which squares have traffic lights?

Well, despite an indifferent load of morning weather we took passage along the coast with a route planned.
Arrived in cold fog and many natives prepared for some sort of festival
Extremely cold and the prevailing wind was opposed to the planned direction of travel.

Decided to cycle with the wind on our backs. The natives, their bitches, squealing offspring and dogs infest all parts of the route.
Had included a trio of 'spoons stops, but in the event only managed 2. Just a belch too far.
