Good morning from a dull & overcast Suffolk. Most of the first mug of coffee of the day has been had, the remainder is soaking into the freshly changed duvet & cover after an unexpected sneeze. They will be chucked into the washing machine to be dealt with shortly.
This morning will involve getting the ebike out of the shed, attaching the panniers and going food shopping for the rest of the week - hopefully getting it done before the predicted rain appears later on. Afternoon activity (or lack of) will depend on the weather.

Just started raining here. Managed to get the shopping done while the duvet cover was being washed. It got half an hour's drying on the whirligig in a very stiff breeze before the rain came and is now finishing off on the clothes horse. Now how to dry the duvet?

Rough today. Started very suddenly with flu like symptoms last night soon after getting home from work (and even set a PB going up a climb). Weird considering how fast it came on and I was in bed by 8pm shivering.
MrsF has been out for painkillers which are now controlling the fever but I've not been able to get out of bed since 8pm last night.
Drinking gallons of fluid but seem to be sweatting it out.
Need to be better for tomorrow as I'm taking MrsF out for a meal for her birthday.
