The weather here has suddenly improved and looks much more summer-like than it has done since the end of April.

Thirty odd miles cycled this afternoon. I used my Viscount Aerospace. It seems my Plantar fasciitis is irritated by the pedals. I found this when I took the Rudge out for a ride yesterday too.

The large DMR pedals on my mountain bike don't cause this. I assume it's to do with the smaller pedal surface area.

After20 minutes trying to adjust the colour settings on my TV, I've given up. They look like 2 dimensional orange ghosts. Simply too much saturation for my circuitry.

Today can be summed up as...

Washing done and on the whirlygig.
Go out for nearly 3 hours on the bike and have a highly sugared large (free) hot chocolate.
Shower.
Get dried washing in.
Put feet up.
Eat.
Put feet up again.
Have beer

Le man's has been watched with about a total of 14 hours watched and I am happy

I listened to quite a lot of it on Radio le Mans and have all 24 hours recorded to watch over the next week or so.
This evening will be the F1 (don't worry about spoilers, I already know the result)
