I can remember eating some Xlax when I was young. " Choc choc mummy choc choc!" I can remember them bribing me to drink salty water which I didn't like. I don't remember what happened next but I survived.
My wife just asked if salt water makes you sick! I can't honestly remember that bit but I can remember that I didn't get that lorry they said I could have!

Did I say that I was a slow reader?
I'm am getting near to finishing a book which I started reading way back in 1995. It is " The Man in the Ice by Konrad Spindler."
I have only picked it up again recently and started reading it again. At the time they hadn't discovered the flint arrow head left in him so they didn't know how he died. I suppose they have discovered a lot more since then but it was interesting reading about what they knew at the time.
