I forgot to mention that I bought a pasty the other day as well as some books. I must say that it was unremarkable taste wise and had far too much pepper .

The grow lights are new and never had them before. They do blue, red or blue and red so I have them on both at the minute, but I know I’ve got to do a bit more research on which colour(s) are best.Blue light?

Like gristle, any pepper on a pasty is too much.There is no such thing as to much pepper.
