Cold , crisp frost and foggy early morning dog walk. At this time of year nice clear sunny days. Come with hidden extras so expected things to be a bit fresh come morning. Dog feed but the little tyke left his meds. A bit of chicken soon sorted that. Now waiting for the kettle to boil for 3rd cup of the morning.

Took my head to see the doctor yesterday . I am going to paint my head again , there are a couple of places which are causing problems.
I was also told of my blood tests . Try glycer rides are up! And my blood sugar level too!

I fitted a rack to Mrs Tenkaykev's Brompton " Jennifer " yesterday. After refitting the rear wheel I realised that I hadn't threaded the chain over the rear sprockets.
