Morning .
It is nice and sunny here with just a few small clouds in the sky . I'm surprised that our garden isn't flooded by the way the rain was hammering down last night.

I managed to buy a Scalextric Cooper T53 on the bay last night . It is a bit like one of the cars from my first motor racing set which was an Airfix set . I was trying to think how old I was and in which year. I think it must have been 1962, so I suppose I must have played with it during the big freeze.

A bit like yesterday so far as weather is concerned but with much less wind.
Remains to be seen what the day will bring apart from a 42 mile return drive to Craignure to see a medic. consultant.

Garden birds have been fed and first arrival was a pigeon closely followed by 4 more so sat watching them strutting around the garden

Now that my cold is finally starting to get better I think I might resume morning walks from tomorrow.
