I knew someone years ago would join a long queue wit a very cheap item and be friendly and chatty with others in the queue whilst fiddling with a £20 note, perhaps dropping it once. When got to the till he would hand over a fiver and when given change would exclaim he had handed over a twenty. When others in the queue backed him up he got change for a £20. Wouldn't work now though.

Coming back from shopping, just now, the roadworks traffic lights on the 'A' road at the end of my house have the added chaos of not working.. Many disgruntled drivers trying to work force their way through the cones..

Luckily, I could turn left before battle commenced 😂

Well the Sun has come out and there is blue sky with clouds about . I think they said that we will have showers today.
My wife has discovered that she has wonded £100 on Bremium Ponds! She wants to know how other peeps find out days before?

Did I see something on the breakfast TV programmes something about banning electric scooters on the grounds of safety concerns ? I don't know if I dreamt it or just missed it ?
I found that driving in Bristol at night a little while ago that they were bl**Dy near invisible in the dark!
