Do you remember our story a few weeks ago.Parcel left in our safe place,no we dont have one,so he left it outside in the back garden two doors away.and he even put the card with our name our number through their door.Moron, well a message with a photo came up and we knew where it was.Sadly no apology yet and i doubt if ever,so later that week my neighbour was giving direction to the postman telling him the even numbers were on the otherside of the street.I kid you not later the same week he was still delivering at 17-00.This service is utter sheet now.Well done Gov for selling it off but you dont care.Postie claims to have delivered a parcel and got it signed for at 1238 today. Um.. will be an interesting conversation with the local sorting office tomorrow![]()
Yep, that wind on the way home was a bit strong. 25mph uphill while still accelerating and changing into top gear at one point, and a 2023 KOM on one Strava segment of under half a mile by 9 seconds illustrates how strong. The less said about the headwind bits (1 minute slower than my best this year over 3/4 mile) the better though.Got as far as the fishmongers before the front came through with hail. Sheltered for 10 mins and it all went away.
Except the wind which made the trip home, interesting.
I always buy Cushelle.
One of the very few branded items that I *do* buy.
