Tomorrow is the day the world turns a full circle (for me at least). Tickets go on sale for The Sisters of Mercy at Rock City in Nottingham. I last saw them live on March 11th 2020 at the same venue with what I maintain was a severe cold. Five days later Boris announced travel restrictions and we went into the first lockdown seven days after that.

Have other peeps noticed that with all this rush with online shopping that things bought online are taking longer and longer to arrive ? Some things now seem to be taking over a week now !

Driech looking day but not much wind.
Very frustrating as I cannot go anywhere without my car which is forbidden to me until late afternoon due the to the sedation I got yesterday and it does not look too good so far for taking the trike out.
I charged the battery so must keep a record of mileage on one charge under average conditions. It took me a while to get the hang of the electronic controls but on yesterday’s short run managed to keep the assist level down to eco for most of the trip.
I may do a longer trip tomorrow if the weather is kind with a sharp pull up Queen’s Brae which will test both the motor and my legs. Used to do it albeit slowly on the ICE trike so interesting to see how I get on with the Kettwiessel.

Her birthday is extra special not because of her age. But it also marks the day her updated pin number came.
So it was the 1st time she officially went on shift as a fully registered Nurse.
