I'm impressed that you are allowed pegs.. They're certainly above my payscale!

I'm allowed pegs just not putting the washing away as I put things away in the wrong draws. Or more the point I put things away in a more practical and ordered way.

Pretty wet outside still very warm out the expected thunder is holding off.
Afternoon dog walk was not as long as normal , the local park maffia are doing an open air cinema. The park was rammed with yummy mummies with high income brackets to match. Street food stalls with generations all fired up not the greatest of a relaxing time. All a bit much for the the two of us. Judging by the all the cars all over the shop and no one from round about. It's yet another exclusive park event.

Rain stopped mid morning and now warm and sunny but a bit windy.

The marina is jammed with yachts of all sorts. In the past they went up to the sheltered end of the bay and anchored.
Now I reckon many of them would not know what an anchor looked like far less how to use one.Nowadays they just take their floating caravans from one floating caravan park to another with piped water and electricity on every berth.
Stopped at the cemetery where red deer have been having a taste of the artificial flowers again so sorted that but cannot get rid of the deer. Looking at the names of the residents makes me a bit sad as I knew most of them.

New late flowering low height clematis ordered. Have a couple each in their own planter. One this year has stacks of leaves and has flowered while the other had only a few leaves but went berserk with flowers and then died. Not the only dead thing today, a bird on the lawn now bagged in the wheelie bin via use of a garden scoop and heading for cremation in the refuse incinerator.

Perhaps Clematis Wilt?

Had a lovely luncheon of two slice of wholemeal toast, one with fillet americain, one with cheddar & apricot chutney, plus a pear, a nectarine, some raspberries and alpine strawberries and two :cuppa:

Watched the qually from Silverstone. Now about to watch the Euro U21 final.

And it's time for another :cuppa:
