Lovely supper of a cheese & onion pasty, after which, I filled up the holes with a and some slices of panettone.

Been sat by the fire browsing on the Bay of E. There are some tick tock items I rather fancy chancing my arm on, but one of them looks like it's already turning into a bun fight with several days to run, and another I simply don't know enough about to recognise fakes / frankens.

Decent cycle home from work and quite light out.

Got home, showered, kit washed and MrsF had made tea.

Struggled to eat it, feeling shakey, and cold, so I've gone to bed with the bed covers on (never sleep under the covers). Hopefully rest will get rid of it.

Excellent - I'm on the 14:50 East Midlands service from Ely to Nottingham on Tuesday if you fancy tossing some in my direction. Plenty of lemon, sugar and/or syrup on mine please.
