A surprisingly spring-like day here chez Casa Reynard despite the forecast. When the sun comes out from behind the clouds, there's some real warmth to it.
Slept well. Had a lovely morning walking around the local nature reserve with a friend and her dogs, generally setting the world to rights. She was happy with the sausages and her share of the blueberries that I picked up on Saturday night.
On the way home, I spotted some potatoes lying in the verge, so stopped to pick them up. I have enough to make a decent batch of roasties this evening.
Madam Poppy's ear is much better. She didn't protest when I squeezed the ointment in. A wipe round with some damp kitchen roll liberated some yucky muck that was lurking in there.
Anyways, it is time for luncheon.
