You've also been unwell - that can affect weight too. I had a monster cold a couple of weeks ago and I'm still about 3lbs down. (And I don't eat a lot of sugary stuff in the first place.)

I have been up our garden to look for footprints in the snow . Most of them were from Georgie scampering about. I came across one set of prints which looked strange . They were covered in a light sprinkling of snow so there wasn't any definition as to the shape of the foot . They were in single file . In a line , one foot behind the other in a line. The distance between each footprint was quite large.

The snow is melting fast now .

Cold and wet here chez Casa Reynard today. Mostly rain with the odd flake of snow mixed in. It was forecast to be dry!

Anyways, I did not sleep very well. I was still tossing and turning at nearly seven in the morning. Dropped off for a bit eventually, but now I'm just a tired, grumpy, mardy bag. The parental also let the fire go out, so it's now cold in the house. Grrrrrr! Or should that be brrrrrr!

My delivery of cat litter has still not turned up. I ordered it at the weekend. It usually turns up in a day or two. And I can't get into my e-mail to check the tracking.

Maybe I'll feel a bit better after luncheon.
