Still feeling under the weather. Just in time for a bank holiday weekend and I had some planned.

will you ask them to remove their shoes? the more I think about it the more I like the idea. but then, one would have to provide sanitary slippers for each quest, huh?

Slept well (overslept) and have had a quiet morning doing paperwork. I might do some firewood this afternoon, assuming it stays dry. The forecast is a bit iffy, but there won't be many dry windows in the coming week or so, ergo better try and get some in while it isn't raining.

Lovely luncheon of wholemeal toast, the last of the gammon and some wensleydale cheese, plus an apple, a pear and two

Spent the afternoon lumberjilling - brought in two heaped wheelbarrows of logs. Can't do any more there until I cut away some more of the smaller stuff again. But it already looks a heck of a lot tidier.
