Don't. My BIL has started wearing flat caps and he's not 50 yet. It will by pvc slippers next.

As ever finding the balance is the challenge.

How badly, on the few occasions we are off grid, do I want to use the microwave.
The van has a strong bias to gas and we can use autogas - just have to find it.
200Ah is loads for a few days, especially when it's sunny

You'd possibly get away with a bit less with lithium due to discharge level being higher.
Have a look at https://www.fogstar.co.uk/ They've been selling cells for years and know what's what.
They've now started making batteries, they are good value and have a heater built in as standard not an extra like many do.
They also come up good on youtube testing and tear downs.
