It is time for luncheon.
decided to treat myself to a fast food breakfast, but they forgot the caramelized onions. that's 50% of the reason I chose that particular sandwich & why it would have been such a treat ;-(

that's no fun. I'm prone to nosebleeds. nothing convenient about it. but I always know where it's coming from

My wife who had Parkinsons got a bad nosebleed while I was away for the day in Oban so phoned the local surgery in a panic. Was told to get over to the surgery but said she could not as I was not there. The receptionist left her desk and drove to our house and took her over and back home when sorted.
One of the advantages of living in a small community.

awww that's so sweet!

We now have another house for sale in this street, which makes three. One is SSTC (sold subject to contract). I did not think the noise from my drumming practice could reach that far!

Obviously the amplifier worked.

I seem to lack motivation to do anything these days so after giving myself a good kicking this morning I finally got the trike out for a run. Temp when I started was 9.6C and 18.4C when I stopped so clothing a bit of a problem to keep body temperature fairly even. The Kettwiessel trike lacks places to fasten things like surplus jackets so some work needs to get done there.
Spoke with a guy walking on the road and he agreed that traffic level was getting to be a serious impediment to the pleasure of being out on a nice sunny morning. I need to get on with checking out the off road tracks. The last time I did this the surface was very wet and claggy so not really good for cycling.
In the afternoon I finally got on with some weeding which is a chore I hate. I do have good kneeling pads courtesy of my nearest neighbour who saw me with what he regarded as inadequate ones. He gets them supplied by his employer so these were surplus to his requirements.
Still not got the trike seat to be as comfortable as the ICE Adventure but still experimenting.
