After months of the Pharmacy here and the GP messing about with my prescriptions, I now use Pharmacy 2 You. Much easier, and the package is designed to fit through a letter box thingy in the front door.

There was a problem when I accidentally put emails from Pharmacy to you in the Spam bin.

I was able to speak to a real person, without pressing ten options and/or holding the line for ten minutes.

Grey here today chez Casa Reynard, with a brisk and chilly easterly. Although the sun is trying oh-so-hard to break through the cloud cover.

Slept so-so, but spent the morning having a lovely walk with a friend and her dogs around the village playing fields. It's fabby being able to set the world to rights.

Had a lovely luncheon of a sub roll filled with corned beef & tomato chutney, then a banana, a tangerine and some strawberries, plus the obligatory two :cuppa:

Have done some post-luncheon chores, and am now about to go into the garden to cut some hazel canes that I will use to support my tomatoes - the moneymaker and the shirley have outgrown the canes in their respective planters. I'll sink the hazel canes into the ground at the edge of the drive, and that way the planters won't capsize like they did last year...

A decent night's sleep after my 600km audax at the weekend, where 60 minutes in the car was all I got. Basically I turned it into a glorified café tour :mrpig:

Not much appears to have happened in the world whilst I was trundling around Derbyshire/Staffordshire/Leicestershire/Rutland/Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire/South & East Yorkshire

Crowland is where the race car I've been researching was built. :becool:

Got some weeding done but very hot out and my right knee is not comfortable when kneeling after injuring it by kneeling and putting pressure on it on a hardish surface. No option but to just get on with the weeding but I got interrupted by a casual passer by.
Result is quite out of the blue I sold the GTech bike I have not been able to use and I got paid cash. Looking at other bikes I have to dispose of they may also go eventually.
Guy was a keen cyclist and bike collector but not here for the sportive event.
Must try more weeding soon.
