Thank you. I have been fighting this for a few years, but this is thought to bring closure to the situation.

My wild guess is that you should lower the saddle on the bikes a bit so that you get more of your foot on the ground when you come off the pedal. It should help balancing.

Have had an interesting evening chatting to my historian friend about Gilles Villeneuve, Alain de Cadenet, Lancia Beta sportscars, Walter Rohrl's tortie tabby & white cat and a new iteration of a fantasy Derek Warwick autograph card that's surfaced on the Bay of E. But now I need to do an Upsy Daisy and go find my bed.

Nunnight one and all xxx :hello:

Not sure depends on what and who are inspecting. In terms of exams it’s one of the only ways to keep centres on the ball. They are all unannounced and only way to check to things are what they say they are. You can’t quickly knock up a lockable exam store when the inspector is not looking.
Mrs 73 has had plenty of experience of CQC she’s both worked with them to get bodies to be a regulated providers and worked on inspection standards for them. Always find them to helpful even when as a manger of a nurse lead detox unit they turned up for an unannounced inspection at 2 in morning.

A bit like the old Customs and Excise who had to do a certain number of random night surveys of the distillery per month. They had boxes to tick that everything appeared normal. I did a few as well to keep the nightshift on their toes.

Sunny again but the wind is now SW and forecast to change soon to NW.
Just now according to my neighbours flag it changes every 5 minutes.
Looking out I see my car has vanished so presumably the garage have taken it for a service.
Glass recycling bins seem to be out so I added mine as well for collection. The timetable published by the council is confusing and most seem to wait until one bin goes out and the rest follow.
Garden tidying again and I really must get rid of the bishopweed beside my front path. That whole bit is messy just now as the bluebells have died back but the foliage has not gone back enough yet to be cleared.

Well I got up the hill, and I got down it again. 3rd fastest time I've done up it so not terrible, but not great either. However I may have been one of the slowest this evening. At least in the hillclimb event.

Well done
