I decided to escape the boy racers and enjoy the good weather and my last day off work. I sat in a shady corner of one of "my" beaches and read and consumed some snacks.

I often leave my foot in a photo taken from the trike seat just to show it is a genuine cycling shot.
Recently noticed a lot of spindly white legs hanging down from shorts in this warm weather. I don’t admit to my legs being spindly but my arms certainly are. The legs however have turned a nice shade of brown and yes I do wash them.

I don't really go brown, just slightly less white.

What a very strange day - a lovely ride to work in the morning sunshine & warmth, a similarly good ride home as I seemed to miss the school run, but I just couldn't get my head round the bit in the middle. Possibly down to having done quite a lot over the weekend and work being quite busy, having too many questions thrown at me and trying to do too many things at the same time. I think that next week's complete break is much needed.
