Morning.
I was just listening to a bit on the TV about a convict being released early from his sentence despite protests. The family who feel threatened have been told to list areas where they go so that the convict won't be allowed to go near there . Surely that makes it easier for the convict to locate them if they decide to seek revenge !

I watched a bit of the film Casino Royale last night. Couldn't understand it! But I noticed them playing Baccarat and wondered what the rules were ! It's a bit like Pontoon but different!

Ah, it was blue wheelie bin day here today. I didn't bother putting mine out as there's not enough in it to make it worthwhile.

Maybe not a good idea; my black wheelie bin was only half full when I put it out this week and after being "emptied" was still a quarter full

Many dogs do a little but very endearing sideways tilt of the head as they wait. I discovered that seagulls can also do this when I was eating haddock and chips on the Suffolk coast a couple of days ago.

Dogs do this to make you feel guilty. Gulls do it to work out the best angle of attack 😂

Still the same unbroken sunshine but this is supposed to be about the end of it. However when they forecast light rain it often turns out to be dry here so wait and see.
Lots of things to do but I am not too bothered about doing anything apart from going down and paying my garage bill.
If I pay promptly I expect prompt attention in emergency.

Good morning all from a still sunny & warm Suffolk. I don't plan to do too much today as I'm off to Norwich this evening (Reverend & the Makers at the Waterfront Studio) with just a short list of grass cutting, shopping and a haircut to be done in whatever order I can be bothered with.

Busy day today: I'm trying to clear out the "short term" bike storage, by which I mean, finding the bikes that I hung up to deal with "tomorrow" and then forgot about...

But it's not tomorrow yet.

Thought I would try to get the £1 missed Sparks discount credited but no luck, that was en-route to the bank to pay in a cheque that the mobile app refused to take a photo of. Even then the in bank self service machine immediately returned it. I was then advised to use the left hand one as "that always works". Maybe they need to get the others fixed.
Thence to Morrisons (currently the cheapest place for Activia Yoghurts) where I discovered the capacity of the small cool bag (rucksack/pannier compatible) with two ice blocks in was 16 of them and then with one pack of 8 opened up.
The Elemnt Bolt then refused to switch on for the ride home (ha! that's what needed charging) which consequently was quite with no alerts from the Varia and also that bit disconcerting with no idea how fast slow I was going.

I cycled round to a friend's to see if I could pull some dents out of his car using my glue pullers. It was going okay until it got too hot for the glue . It wouldn't set! I managed to get several out before heat stopped play.
