I've adjusted the loose headset on my Raleigh. I'm threatening to go for a ride but it is bright and sunny one second and pouring rain the next second.

Oi - not so much of the old. I had one of those mileometer thingies on my bike in my youth and I'm not yet eligible for a senior rail card.

I've got a plastic version . The original ones were metal .

I went for a walk in sunshine but on the way home rain came on as if from a hose and this lasted for about four or five hundred yards. Good job I got back to shelter before that happened. Once home the roadway was bone dry only a mile away from the downpour.
Fixed up the handlebar bag on the back of the trike. Bit of a lash up but improvements will come later. I have to take the bag off when loading into the car and the QR will make it much easier than the current unsuitable bag.
While I was out there I fixed a walking stick mount in a handy place where it is easy to get off when required but not been able to get my tyre pump properly mounted yet. I have a small one which can go into the bar bag for emergency use.

Cool, overcast and blustery here chez Casa Reynard. I have had to break out the fluffy pink socks as my feet were cold!

Slept well. Had a lazy morning, but I did putter about in the garden a little. Watered the triffids. Had a cheese & chutney toastie, a bag of crisps, a pear, a flat peach and two while listening to the GP.

Sat here feeling a bit miffed, because a lot on the 'bay that I was watching and planning to put a bid on (a prior offer from me already refused by seller) was removed six hours before the end of the auction. Hey ho.

Anyways, I think I fancy something chocolatey.

A slow day after yesterday still quite worn out but at least what little i've eaten has been ok.
Had TMS on most of the day now watching a Bond film on the tv. Early night again I think and see how I go in the morning.
