sounds like a movie, kinda like Groundhog Day, but where someone awakes each day & it's their birthday, but instead of each day being the same birthday, each time, they are 1 year older

Alas no plastic toys

Cutting back on everything! No fake bullet holes to stick on your car when you fill up . No free glasses . And now no plastic toys in cereal packets !
