Morning.
Ouch ouch! That's the sound you get from having injections into both shoulders. I can't tell the difference between the Flu or COVID as they both hurt the same.

I had the Covid in my left shoulder that ached for two days . Flu jab right shoulder no problem. Yesterday I did feel a bit yucky Today fine.

You can ask but you won't get, it's no longer done as it's clinically unsafe. Hit the wrong place you hit a nice big nerve and end up in a whole lot of trouble.

Mark the buttock into quarters Injecting in upper outer quadrant Get it wrong and hit the sciatic nerve result patient hits the ceiling

Some people moved out of the house opposite the other day and some new peeps moved in . Either that or the first peeps got lost and went back home.

It's was clearly cooler this morning on the walk to the gym the bit of rain added to mix was not helping either. Arrived to find car packed outside the door any closer and they'd have driven in side. It's totally lost on some of them. At least it was Dry and the way home but still cool hopefully stays like it for the morning trip to town.

Good morning from a cloudy and windy corner of Suffolk. Coffee has been had and the good news is that it finished off the pack of not very good stuff so back to decent coffee from now on.

As BBC 6Music are having one of their 'Slow Sundays' I'm joining in by taking things easy as well - a little bit of weeding of the front border and giving what remains of the grass a quick (and probably last of the year) cut will be about the total of my activities today.

The sun has made an appearance. Still windy but nicely warm.
Weeding has been done, grass is cut and the second coffee of the day is about to be made. Banana and yoghurt for lunch then possibly a little stroll if the sunshine continues.

Surprisingly sunny morning. Back to the nursery for a bag of limestone chipping to top the new planter off. Then a hunt for gluten from Scampi. Asda apparently the cheapest but once again none to found, Morrisons 25p dearer and clearly had had some as their was a shelf label but the shelf was void. Sainsbury's 55p dearer and stacks. On the other hand their was a Nectar price on Toblerone at 35p less than Tesco Clubcard.

Few jobs gone round the house now time for before taking the Dyson for a floor walk. After which its time see if Charlie wants another walk about , then off for my afternoon walk.
