Afternoon sunny trek to the local health centre next to the Co-op to see I thought a physio. Turned out to be a doctor who decided I needed to see a physio but that transpired to be not until 11 June. In the meantime told to get my left knee x rayed. I'll try that on Thursday, its a turn up and wait....starting at 8.30.

It's been a lovely warm and sunny day here chez Casa Reynard, although it's clouded over now.

Slept really well after putting an extra blanket back on the bed. Had a choresy morning doing all those little jobs that always seem to need doing. Spotted two red oranges in my fruit store that were looking a bit tired, so I peeled them, cut up the segments and popped them in a tupperware in the fridge.

Had a lovely luncheon of a wholemeal roll filled with thinly-sliced gammon & mustard, a medley of fruit (banana, strawberries, red oranges) and the obligatory :cuppa:

After half an hour in a camping chair with a good book, I took the mower out and did the grass cutting I wanted to do ahead of a change in the weather. It was supposed to rain here tomorrow, but of course, the forecast has now changed, and it will stay dry. Never mind, it wanted doing anyway.

Now sat down with a :cuppa: and a chocolate biskit.

Needed some attachments for the Karcher vacuum cleaner that 'fell off the back of a truck' a few years back.
Went to the two agents for Karcher who couldn't help, then remembered the wee manny on Norwich market who runs a 'domestic appliances' stall.
Bought three nicely fitting attachments of 'suspect parentage' for £7.
Result and a win for an independent trader - ! :okay:

I really should get out of this chair and make a hot chocolate and a glass of squash otherwise I'm going to nod off.
