Went out for today's fresh air and it got suddenly darker, colder & wetter which continued for the next 45 minutes until I got home. Typically the sun is starting to make an appearance now.

Office day and a lunchtime trek for bananas from M&S. Returned and decided to have a working lunch only to knock the sandwiches off the desk so lunch was just a yoghurt and apple

We had a downpour a little while ago. When it eased off I went out and washed my car. Trouble was that it eased off too much before all the suds were washed off.

It's been a lovely and sunny day here chez Casa Reynard, albeit with a biting north-easterly breeze.

Slept well enough. Spent the morning in the company of a friend and her two dogs, walking some local trails and the around the playing fields. We had a good chat and set the world to rights.

Had a lovely luncheon of a wholemeal roll filled with some cheese and the last of the salami, plus fruit and a

Treated myself to about 40 mins of reading while sat out in a sheltered sunny spot, and after, I did some more grass cutting. Did the bank along the drain that goes around three sides of the garden - the drainage board are supposed to keep it under control, but the reality is that they only do it once a year about November-ish. Anyways, it looks good now that it's done.
