I bought a large box of Tetley here in HK. A rare find indeed from a shop run by a Hong Kong Scotsman (born in Kilwinning to a Scottish mother and HK Father) that sells all sorts of stuff that you cannot get here normally.

The lad will do well.

A productive afternoon so far: I have cleared / moved / deleted over two years' worth of e-mails from my work Inbox. They've been piling up and life has meant I've not had any spare time until now to have a sort out. Much happier with that.

Now I need to do the same for my home e-mails.

It's scary how much room they can take up on a hard disk.

So much for the weather warnings for today as it's been dry with just a stiff breeze. Mind you, I'm watching the BTCC qualifying from Thruxton and they'd be quicker with powerboats given the conditions there.

A little bit of gardening has been done, and a little bike ride out to get something for lunch has been had. Once qualifying has finished, I'm going to have a quick snooze.

mrs ck insisted she knew exactly where to go to the garden centre but i was unsure so said i ought to use the sat nav for the precise location, of course she was adamant she knew but we ended up going miles out of the way as it was " this direction ".

Resiting the squirrel baffel lead to rotating the bird feeders pole with the feeders consequently moved slightly. A number of birds have seemingly approached on auto pilot only to find the landing orientation has changed and had to do a last moment correction. All so far have landed without having to go around.

A day of some pretty biblical showers here chez Casa Reynard. It's been dry for the last few hours, but has gone horribly dark again.

Did not sleep well. I have pulled a muscle in my bum, and it's owww every time I turn over in bed. Have had a quiet day, but have had some kitchen time, and supper is ready to simply shove in the oven. I will have to make my marmalade too, but that can wait till the parental goes to bed.

I am currently watching Andorra v England, and I am thinking that the band playing in the crowd can only play that one basic series of notes. It is getting very annoying.
